Congrats on your first anniversary! We are about to celebrate our 27th, so we don't qualify.
Hello, and congratulations on your first anniversary! Your paper cuts are absolutely beautiful! I love the one of the limbs you did for your anniversary. I am a first year art teacher...well just completed my first year, and it reminds me of a painting I did in college. I use a lot of cut fabric and play with natural shadows.
My husband and I were married on July 21, 2007—One day less of dating for 8 years! We had been dating since I was a freshman in high school, and he was a junior. We weren’t the kind of kids that followed each other wherever they went. He went to a college one hour away, I went to one three hours away. We also weren’t the type that date for centuries but have “breaks” and fall outs in between. We stuck together through the thick and through the thin. We saw each other whenever possible, but definitely not every weekend like some couples do. Though it was hard to be in a long distance relationship for 6 of the 8 years we dated I always knew he was my one and only. He makes me laugh. He deals with my grumpy days and moods. He absolutely loves me for who I am, and I absolutely love him for who he is. He makes life fun. He makes my glass half full when all I see is empty. He completes me and I love him! It was well worth the wait and the distance. This year is our 1 year married anniversary and the next day is our 9 year dating anniversary. It’s kind of crazy to think we’ve been ‘together’ for almost a decade and I’m only 23! But I love it. I love that he is my high school sweetheart. I love what we’ve been through together, and am excited to see what the future holds.
This is a great ppost thanks
